WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN MY PET PASSES AWAY?
If your pet has passed away, we are here to guide you through the steps with care. We are open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to support you.
If your pet has passed away at home- contact us when you feel ready, day or night, and we can arrange for us to collect your pet from your home.
If your pet has passed away at the vets- we can liaise directly with them to arrange everything for you.
HOW DO I BOOK A CREMATION SERVICE?
To book your pets service you can either message us, call us, or email us. We are here to support you 24/7 and you may get in touch anytime, day or night. We will guide you through the process, answer any questions you may have, and organise a convenient time & place for us to collect your pet.
WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY PET BACK TO MY HOME?
We aim to complete your pets service, and return them home to you, within 5-7 days.
Your cremation package includes a scatter tube, however we have numerous Urn and memorial options available, in which your pet will be returned in.
CAN I BE THERE FOR THE CREMATION?
Unfortunately, due to health & safety regulations, owners can not be present during the cremation service. This is why we run our pick up & drop off service, to ensure a comfortable, reassuring process, whilst offering in person support to the pet owners and family.
WHY CHOOSE CREMATION?
Many of our customers feel comfort in receiving their pets ashes back. This allows for you to keep your pet close, even after saying goodbye, as well as giving you the option to scatter your pets ashes, in a place they loved.
